Croatia is located in central Europe, it is bordered by Slovenia, Hungary, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. Croatia is a candidate for membership in the European Union and NATO. Croatia's economy has a well developed industry and tourism sector, although it's debt is growing. Croatia is set for very modest growth this year and the new government will have to find more creative ways to drive growth and lower unemployment.
