Current Situation
Ecuador is located in South America, it is bordered by Colombia and Peru. Ecuador natural resources include petroleum, timber and gold, it also has many types of agricultural products. Ecuador has decided not to make interest payments on global bonds and stop working with the World Bank and International Monetary Fund. The impact of these decisions remains to be seen.
