Biography
Malam Bacai Sanha was born in Dar Salam, Guinea-Bissau, in 1947. He is the current President of Guinea-Bissau. He ran in the presidential elections in 1999 and 2005 and lost both. He served for a time as interim president. He finally won the presidential elections in 2009.
