Biography
Kim John-Il was born in Vyatskoye, Russia, in 1941. He is the current Supreme Leader of Korea. He studied at the Kim Il-sung University and learned English at the University of Malta. He came to power following his father's death in 1994. 

Due to a lack of reliable sources and mythical propaganda, we don't see the point in making a full biography based on rumours invented mostly by the North Korean Communist Party.
