Biography:
Manny Mori was born in Fefan, Micronesia, in 1948. He is the current President of Micronesia. He studied at the University of Guam where he obtained a degree in business administration. Before joining politics he worked in the private and public sectors. He entered politics in 1999, he was re-elected several times as a member of parliament and served from 1999 to 2007. He ran in the 2007 presidential elections and won.
