Biography
Denzil Douglas was born in St Paul's, Saint Kitts and Nevis, in 1953. He is the current Prime Minister of Saint Kitts and Nevis. He studied Medicine at the University of the West Indies. He first became prime minister following a victory in the 1995 general elections, he was re-elected in 2000, 2004 and more recently in 2010. He is the longest serving prime minister of Saint Kitts and Nevis.
