Current Situation
Slovakia is located in Central Europe. It is bordered by Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Ukraine. Slovakia's economy has a very high growth rate, it is almost completely transformed to a market economy from a centrally planned economy. The economy is well diversified and promises to keep growing steadily with the coming of new foreign investments.
