George Maxwell Richards was born in San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago, in 1931. He is the current President of Trinidad and Tobago. He studied at the University of Manchester and the University of Cambridge. He was first elected as president in 2003 and was re-elected in 2008.

Biography:
Patrick Manning was born in San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago, in 1946. He is the current Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago. He studied at the University of the West Indies at Mona. He first elected to parliament in 1971 and has been a member ever since. He was leader of the opposition from 1986 to 1990, before becoming prime minister in 1991 and serving until 1995. He became again leader of the opposition from 1995 to 2001, when he again became prime minister a post he still holds today.
